The house

Linterfaces guesthouse is located in a completely renovated house from the 18th century. It is set back from the street, sheltered by an exceptional interior courtyard. Right in the city centre, its calm and peaceful atmosphere will amaze you, a true haven of peace!

Ideal for visiting Epernay, located between the train station and the famous Avenue de Champagne, Linterfaces guesthouse is the perfect place to visit the capital of Champagne and its surroundings. I wish to offer pleasant, spacious and comfortable common areas. In fine weather, enjoy the garden furniture and sun loungers.

Motorcyclists and cyclists will appreciate the possibility of easily parking their motorcycles below the secure and closed porch. Our two electric cars occupying our garage, the nearby parking lots will allow you to easily park your car.

WIFI is available in all rooms of the house.

The guestrooms

I want my guests to feel at home. The rooms are spacious, comfortable. I have chosen quality bedding to ensure you have a good night's sleep. The Morphée meditation box is also present to help you fall asleep.

Each room has its own private bathroom and private toilet.

My guests appreciate the “all-inclusive” aspect with a refrigerator full of drinks, a tea-coffee-sweets tray, toiletries, useful utensils, a recycling bin, etc. Air conditioning is present on the second floor, more subject to heat, while fans are present in the rooms on the first floor.

Welcome to Linterfaces

Immerse yourself in the warm and authentic atmosphere of the house on this short virtual tour. The video, made in 2019 by my friend Sylvain of the studio Larose, offers you a glimpse of the charm and comfort of the rooms, the breakfast included in the stay and the landscapes that you can discover thanks to electric cars.

The ecological approach

The environmental approach is essential for me. I provide you with 2 electric Renault Zoé free of charge (for stays of 2 nights minimum) to allow you to visit the region while reducing your CO2 emissions. In addition to being practical, this approach helps to raise awareness among my guests of the importance of eco-friendly actions to limit the consumption of raw materials and energy.

The house is indeed equipped with many energy saving points. We have counted the CO2 savings thus achieved. When you leave, I will give you a certificate* with the score of your carbon footprint.

* As a token of your contribution and so that you keep a souvenir of your visit, we will make this card with your photo if you wish. There is no obligation. No use of the photos is made afterwards.

Breakfast

I offer a copious and gourmet breakfast with a wide choice of sweet and savoury products. I select as many local and organic products as possible. We serve breakfast inside or on the terrace in fine weather.

The plus! We offer a glass of champagne to start your day of discovery in Epernay and in the Champagne region (reserved for adults, children will appreciate the orange juice).

The history of the house

Linterfaces guesthouse building is full of history. It belonged to several generations of photographers including the Poyet family from 1902 to 1988, the year I bought it.

Great B&B, highly recommend it
I have stayed here a few times now and it's really nice. The rooms are big, the breakfast is great with lots of choices (even a glas of champagne if you like). Didier is very helpful if you want to book a restaurant or get help with other places to go. They also offer an electric car for free to use while you stay there.

Superb B&B with a lovely host. Room are nice all with there individual style and garden is lovely with so lovely Mell maintained flowers Breakfast is most comprehensive including a small glas of champagne. Located close to Ave.de Champagne

TOP place, top service, top location, top host, top clean
This was the fourth time we have stayed here. This b&b is our little paradise in Epernay. The location is perfect, you can walk a few minutes and you are at av champagne or to the shopping street… or restaurant… pub… the hotel is at the middle of everything! When you go inside you walk through the small and cozy garden… at summer you can have your breakfast there… awesome! [...]

Wonderful B&B in Epernay
Host, Didier, is very friendly and helpful. He suggests places to see and makes dinner reservations for you if you ask. Guests can use one of Didier’s electric cars at no charge. Our room was clean and comfortable, and Didier served a generous breakfast with a glass of champagne (which seems to be the perfect way to start a day touring Epernay and the cute towns and vineyards in the [...]

Perfect B&B
A lovely B&B with rooms with a touch, a small lovely garden and a superb breakfast. Owners is most nice and you can at no cost use his Electrical cars that is a pat of his environmental focus. Location is at a x-road to Ave de Champagne so walking distance to all Epernay major houses. A lot of good restaurants minutes away

Warm welcoming stay in Epinay
Great location in the centre of Epinay but lovely and quiet. Small courtyard garden which is a little oasis in the city. Very warm welcome. Large bedroom with very large bathroom. Lovely big windows you can open. Breakfast was great. Especially the grass of champagne we were offered to start the day.
