Stop to visit the cellars of one of the famous Champagne Houses (Moët, Mercier, De Castellane, etc.) or to taste the best vintages in one of the champagne bars.
With its hundreds of kilometres of cellars, the Avenue de Champagne is listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Fly in the tethered balloon of Epernay
The Epernay balloon allows you to fly to about 150 meters high. Enjoy the spectacular 360° panoramic view of the city of Epernay, the surrounding vineyards and the Champagne region. A unique and memorable perspective of the Champagne region.
Warning! The balloon can stop flying at any time due to wind conditions. Remember to call them on the day of your visit to check that it is taking off.

Deep in the Champagne Wine and Regional Archaeology Museum
Located on the Avenue de Champagne, the Champagne Wine and Regional Archaeology Museum tells the story of the Champagne region with over 2,000 exhibits. Its internationally renowned collections are showcased in a modern and interactive setting.
The museum is located in the Château Perrier, a historic monument and former home of champagne merchants, an exceptional architectural and landscaped setting.

Champagne THOMAS-HATTÉ & Fils
This family establishment has been set up for several generations in Fleury-la-Rivière, 10km from Epernay. As a harvesting owner, they cultivate their vines using a sustainable and reasoned viticulture approach.
The family wants to perpetuate traditions and ancestral know-how. They have therefore chosen to keep using hand-riddling for all their production.
They welcome you for a tour of their cellar and a tasting of their range of champagne. Meet the producers of the champagne that we are currently offering you for breakfast.

Champagne Nicolas Feuillatte
In a completely different style, the Nicolas Feuillatte Wine Center welcomes you to the heart of the vineyards in Chouilly, a 5-minute drive from Linterfaces guesthouse.
Discover the behind-the-scenes of the production of Nicolas Feuillatte Champagne during this original visit. All the stages are revealed to you in complete transparency: vat room, riddling, disgorging, labelling, etc.
Here, no historic chalk pits, but an immersive tour that is out of the ordinary, educational and poetic.

Travel to the “Faux de Verzy”
The Faux are a variety of twisted beech tree with astonishing shapes that are found in very few places in the world. With more than 800 specimens, the Verzy State Forest is the world's largest reserve of faux, making this site a unique place in the world.
A 3km trail, accessible to all, crosses the Biological Reserve and allows you to admire the faux in their natural environment.

10 minutes from the House, Chez Max is a family restaurant passed down from father to son, a sure value for 2 generations. Taste, excellence and a shared passion for traditional cuisine.

A 3-minute walk from the House, the Table Kobus offers innovative cuisine that evolves with the seasons. The Chef offers bistronomic cuisine in an elegant setting, typical of the most beautiful Parisian brasseries of 1900.
You will appreciate the fine and tasty cuisine as well as the advice of the sommelier who is attentive to the choice of your wines.

Châlons-en-Champagne, nicknamed the Sparkling Venice, is a city with a rich architectural heritage. Don't miss the Saint-Étienne Cathedral and the Notre-Dame-en-Vaux collegiate church, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
