We provide you with 2 Renault Zoé electric cars to allow you to discover the surroundings of Epernay while limiting the environmental impact of your stay at Linterfaces guesthouse.

The genesis of the project

Since opening in 2007 and until the launch of our website in 2024, we used an atypical mode of communication based solely on the comments of our guests on our TripAdvisor profile.

We had made the choice to work directly with our customers. Until now, we were not registered on any OTA (Booking, Expedia, AirBnb, etc.) or on any partner site apart from the Epernay Tourist Office. We made this deliberate choice to limit the budget spent on communication as much as possible.

The savings made over the years allowed us in 2017 to invest in 2 Renault Zoé that we make available free of charge to our guests who stay 2 nights or more.

This mode of operation allowed us to be the winner in 2023 of the “succeed with responsible marketing” Trophy in the offer optimization category.

Why lend electric cars?

As you have probably understood as you have explored our website, preserving the environment is a priority for us. Reducing the impact of your stays with us on the planet is essential to our vision.

By using our electric cars to discover the region rather than your thermal cars, you limit the release of CO2 into the atmosphere. You save 1kg of CO2 for every 10km travelled by electric car. Thus, thanks to this action, we encourage sustainable mobility and therefore the preservation of the region, rich in biodiversity and terroirs.

Since 2017, our 2 electric cars have travelled nearly 70,000km in total, fulfilling their mission of transporting our guests throughout the Champagne vineyards. That is, more than 300 families were able to use them for free.

How to use electric cars?

It is very easy for you to benefit from our electric cars. You just need to have your French or European driving license valid in France as well as your identity card or passport. You do not have to pay anything, it is an additional service that we offer to our customers that directly on our website for a minimum of 2 nights.

In order to perpetuate this initiative, the only thing we ask of our guests is to share their experience on social networks in return for the free use of the 2 electric cars.

I would like to thank Matmut. It is the only insurance company that was willing to trust me by insuring these two cars.

Fantastic experience
We had a wonderful stay. Host was very accommodating and we had a wonderful breakfast spread with Champagne. Location was very convenient as close to many shops, restaurants, parking and Avenue de Champagne. We would come back on our next visit!

Great stay!
We were three friends visiting the Champagne region for a long weekend in June, and were very well taken care of! Our stay at Linterfaces in Epernay
Didier made us feel at home. It was such a relaxing stay on such a beautiful property in a beautiful town. The beds and sheets were comfortable and the property was insanely cool. Perfect place for a sister’s trip to Epernay!
Absolutely lovely stay. The courtyard is full of flowers and is a wonderful place to eat breakfast. The room was as described and well equipped for our short stay. The breakfast spread was AMAZING. Charming, comfortable and superb location
Absolutely beautiful experience made even better by Didiers friendly and warm nature. Charming guesthouse in a fantastic location in the heart of Épernay. The glass of champagne at breakfast was delightful! Comfortable beds with a lovely spacious bathroom. Beautiful garden to enjoy your coffee.

Great B&B, highly recommend it
I have stayed here a few times now and it's really nice. The rooms are big, the breakfast is great with lots of choices (even a glas of champagne if you like). Didier is very helpful if you want to book a restaurant or get help with other places to go. They also offer an electric car for free to use while you stay there.

Perfect B&B stay
Superb B&B with a lovely host. Room are nice all with there individual style and garden is lovely with so lovely Mell maintained flowers Breakfast is most comprehensive including a small glas of champagne. Located close to Ave.de Champagne

TOP place, top service, top location, top host, top clean
This was the fourth time we have stayed here. This b&b is our little paradise in Epernay. The location is perfect, you can walk a few minutes and you are at av champagne or to the shopping street… or restaurant… pub… the hotel is at the middle of everything! Warm welcoming stay in Epinay
Great location in the centre of Epinay but lovely and quiet. Small courtyard garden which is a little oasis in the city. Very warm welcome. Large bedroom with very large bathroom. Lovely big windows you can open. Breakfast was great. Especially the grass of champagne we were offered to start the day.

Perfect B&B
A lovely B&B with rooms with a touch, a small lovely garden and a superb breakfast. Owners is most nice and you can at no cost use his Electrical cars that is a pat of his environmental focus. Location is at a x-road to Ave de Champagne so walking distance to all Epernay major houses. A lot of good restaurants minutes away

Wonderful B&B in Epernay
Host, Didier, is very friendly and helpful. He suggests places to see and makes dinner reservations for you if you ask. Guests can use one of Didier’s electric cars at no charge.
