Room Gaston Burtin is located on the 1st floor of the House. Very spacious, with its 25 square meters, it offers a generous space. Equipped with a Queen Size bed (160x200cm), it is ideal for couples without children. It has its own private bathroom with toilet, accessible from the room.

You will appreciate the beautiful decoration of this guest room in dark and mauve tones. Lovers of detail will appreciate finding the pattern of the headboard on the wallpaper but also in the painting by Gustave Klimt.

Its special feature? Enjoy the magnificent original bathtub of the House in its private bathroom. Relax with its organic bath products and its shelf that can hold two glasses of Champagne.

A refrigerator as well as a welcome tray with kettle, tea, coffee and herbal tea are at your disposal.

Gaston Burtin (1900 -1995) is the founder of the company "Marne et Champagne". A visionary, he was the first to understand the phenomenon of mass distribution and revolutionize the approach to trading in the Champagne region. He single-handedly guided and organized the sales of Champagne in this sector in France and Europe. His motto: "Be bold and talk small".

The company "Marne et Champagne" had become at the time the second largest producer of champagne after the LVMH group (Moët et Chandon, Dom Pérignon, Mercier, Krug, Ruinart, Veuve Clicquot, etc.). Gaston Burtin, through his audacity and innovative spirit, was one of the great figures of the Champagne region.

In recent years, Burtin’s Champagne House has created a range of champagne bottles "Tribute to Gaston Burtin" which symbolizes the culmination of the vision of a House founded in Epernay in 1933.

Great place to stay
Didier was a wonderful host. He was very friendly and welcoming and made our stay very special and comfortable. Being able to use one of his electric cars was a highlight of our stay there as it allowed us to travel to the nearby villages. The room was a nice size and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very nice as well. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Grat Stay
This was an excellent stay in Epernay. Centrally located, close to public parking, a nice room with air conditioning and a very nice breakfast included. I also really appreciated th elong list of recommendations received shortly after booking.

A hidden gem in Epernay
Wonderful hidden bed and breakfast in Epernay. A beautiful and peaceful oasis in the center of town, convenient to all the champagne houses. Didier was an excellent host, friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended.

A lovely place to stay
Perfect location in central Epernay. Close to many restaurants and champagne houses, and still very quiet and peaceful. Didier is an excellent host and he serves a wonderful breakfast. The room we stayed in, Eugène Mercier, was very pleasant with air conditioning and comfortable beds. All in all a great experience. Highly recommended to anyone who wants to explore Epernay and the champagne region.

Very comfortable bed and breakfast in an excellent location
A wonderfully comfortable bread and breakfast with an excellent location. The breakfast was excellent. The owner was very flexible. We were able to leave our luggage early upon arrival and pick it up later upon departure.

Amazing place to wind down
We stayed couple of days in this wonderful historic B&B and had an amazing time. The lodging is spacious with a personal flair that makes you feel like home. Our host Didier is awesome. Hidden gem
We truly enjoyed our stay here. Our room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Perfect location for walking everywhere. Didier is truly a kind man who enjoys adding special touches to your stay such as a garden of fresh herbs for guest usage, homemade yogurt and jams and the usage of the electric cars. For the thoughtful touches, working AC and location, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend and stay again.

Fabulous stay, highly recommend

Great B&B, highly recommend it
I have stayed here a few times now and it's really nice. The rooms are big, the breakfast is great with lots of choices (even a glas of champagne if you like). Didier is very helpful if you want to book a restaurant or get help with other places to go. They also offer an electric car for free to use while you stay there.

Host, Didier, is very friendly and helpful. He suggests places to see and makes dinner reservations for you if you ask. Guests can use one of Didier’s electric cars at no charge. Perfect B&B
A lovely B&B with rooms with a touch, a small lovely garden and a superb breakfast. Owners is most nice and you can at no cost use his Electrical cars that is a pat of his environmental focus. Warm welcoming stay in Epinay
Great location in the centre of Epinay but lovely and quiet. Small courtyard garden which is a little oasis in the city. Very warm welcome. Large bedroom with very large bathroom. Lovely big windows you can open. Breakfast was great. Especially the grass of champagne we were offered to start the day.

Motorcyclists and cyclists will appreciate the ability to easily park their motorcycles under the secure, enclosed porch. For motorists, our 2 electric cars occupy our garage, there are different possibilities with nearby parking lots allowing you to easily park your car.

Linterfaces is located between the station and avenue de Champagne, access by train and public transport is very easy.

For departures, please leave your room before 11:00 a.m. 

For requests for specific times to leave your luggage, please contact me directly.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept animals in our house. This guarantees the comfort and safety of all our Guests, in particular by avoiding possible allergies and conflicts between animals. We thank you for your understanding.

At any time of the day and although we are surrounded by many restaurants, if you feel hungry or hungry, we will be happy to lend you our crockery as well as a microwave to heat up your dishes.

No need to wash the dishes, our dishwasher uses less energy and is more environmentally friendly.
